Matt was most recently Chief Customer Officer at Pluralsight (Vista Equity), previously was SVP of CS at Signifyd (Menlo & Neuberger Berman), led CS for multiple business units at Adobe (Marketo, Magento and Adobe Campaign), and was VP of CS at Marketo through their journey as a public company, take private by Vista Equity, and subsequent sale to Adobe.
As an operator for VC, PE, and public companies, Matt is unique as a CS leader as he typically owned the full post-sales customer lifecycle, specifically including retention and expansion teams. Matt is currently consulting with Series A and B startups on all aspects of Go to Market strategy with an approach that prioritize scalable, long-term value creation through a customer-centric lens.
