We welcome applicants who have designed innovative programs, continuously drive organizational awareness of workplace technology, or have facilitated end-user onboarding programs that have markedly improved the new user experience within their organization.

Recipients of this award demonstrate how strategic technology education initiatives lead to organizational impact and business outcomes.

This award will go to a team who has successfully broken down silos with other departments in their organization to increase the impact of their end-user adoption initiatives. Recipients of this award are recognized for their collaboration between departments like IT, HR, L&D, Communications, and others as they raise workplace technology adoption to new heights.

Trailblazer in Workplace AI Adoption 

This award celebrates professionals or teams that have taken early initiative to lead pilots or rollouts of Copilot for Microsoft 365, or other generative AI applications, within their organization. Recipients of this award demonstrate a people-first strategy as they consider the impacts of introducing disruptive technologies to their users. They have designed and carried out a successful change & adoption initiative to successfully execute their pilot and or rollout.
