For Customer Education professionals

Complete a monthly anonymous survey on a focused topic within customer education, then join an insights call with your peers to review the survey findings. Get a copy of the survey report to review on your own.

Participants invest ~1 hour per month participating.

Vicky Kennedy

Vicky Kennedy is a seasoned professional specializing in strategic, data-informed methods to help businesses develop impactful education and certification programs. She is the founder and CEO of Echtus, a professional services startup that helps enterprises across industries educate their market through customer academies, certification programs, channel partner training, and large-scale product education initiatives.  

Prior to launching Echtus, Vicky amassed extensive experience in multiple sectors, including positions at Amazon, Meta and other organizations in the tech industry, media, and academia. Additionally, Vicky holds an MFA, MBA, and certifications in edtech, product analytics, and marketing strategy.
