Monthly Insights Program 

For Customer Education professionals

Complete a monthly anonymous survey on a focused topic within customer education, then join an insights call with your peers to review the survey findings. Get a copy of the survey report to review on your own.

Participants invest ~1 hour per month participating.

Each month's survey and call will be facilitated by a different customer education professional, focused on their area of expertise. If you're interested in being a facilitator, please email Angela at aallred@brainstorminc.com

Michele Wiedemer

Michele Wiedemer’s experience over the last 25 years in instructional design, e-learning development, and technical writing has always had a learner-centered focus. She helped build customer education at companies like Snyk, Rapid7, and Idaptive.

Now, she's working on a PhD program to learn educational research skills that she’d like to apply in a customer education context. She wants to explore how lifelong learning through online and other learning experiences can empower individuals to navigate a rapidly changing world.

Monthly Insights Call

Join the monthly insights call led by a peer to discuss findings from the completed survey. 

2_Get Insights

Monthly Insights Report

Receive a copy of the survey report to review on your own or with your broader team.
