As more and more Microsoft accounts begin adding Microsoft 365 Copilot to their workplace technology stacks, it has become increasingly important for account teams to help their clients see clear, early value in their investment. Usage and adoption are always important indicators of account health, and that’s especially the case with M365 Copilot, given licenses are sold separately at an incremental cost.
Committed to empowering their clients to succeed with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft identified BrainStorm—a 2022 Microsoft US Partner of the Year award recipient—to collaboratively build a scalable adoption program. The program yielded a significant impact on both adoption rates and value perception from customers, ultimately driving significant license expansion within the 73 customer cohort.
The primary goal of this program was to ensure that clients with Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing could effectively adopt and leverage the tool to its fullest potential, maximizing its value to the customer. Microsoft funded customer access to BrainStorm for a cohort of accounts with below-average adoption rates with an eye towards finding the most efficient and effective path to adoption success.
